The Competitive Advantage Accelerator is used by Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in executive education programs. Programs that use the Competitive Advantage Accelerator for leadership development incorporate the individual and group results in discussions, workshops, and in some instances, coaching sessions with participants. Many of the custom programs focused on leadership development are for professional service firms and businesses in knowledge intensive industries.

The Explorer Mindset is an instrument used in leadership programs at Møller Institute, University of Cambridge. Explorer Mindset gives leaders the skills to navigate complex and uncertain times with a sense of curiosity and optimism. The ability to identify opportunities for value creation and customer focused innovation are objectives of the Explorer Mindset. The instrument helps develops a leader’s skills and approach in the areas of Personal Resilience, Preparedness, Leading Innovation, Ambiguity Tolerance, Approach Orientation, Risk Tolerance and Perspective Taking. Participants in Explorer Mindset programs at the Møller Institute are usually senior leaders from businesses, government and education.
