The (ACPE) S3A Standard 3 and S4A Standard 4 assessments are used by Doctor of Pharmacy programs at universities to assess ‘soft skills’ or ‘people skills’ that are part of the curriculum. This includes self-assessments and 360 assessments for professionalism, leadership, self-awareness, innovation and entrepreneurship. Situational Judgement Tests are used to assess Standard 3 – problem solving, patient advocacy, interprofessional collaboration, cultural sensitivity, communication and education.
