Account set up
When an account is set up for you on Thrive Matters, you will receive a Welcome email from support@thrivematters.com with your login details.
I have not received a Welcome email with login details.
Check your spam folder. If you still have not received a Welcome email and know an account has been set up for you, please use the “Forgot your password” prompt. This will initiate another email and steps to access your account.
Multi-factor Authentication
Multi-factor Authentication is enabled as requested. If not enabled as part of your account setup, it can be requested at support@thrivematters.com
